The land has been purchased by Mizrahi Developments who plan to make this Toronto’s second tallest skyscraper at 80 storeys. The CN Tower will be the only structure surpassing One Bloor West. One Bloor East is a mixed-use skyscraper developed by Great Gulf and is designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects.
